RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to offer a refund or an exchange for any items that are not completely satisfactory, excluding shipping costs.
• For returns or exchanges, you will need to get a return authorization from us before sending back any goods.
• Please email us within 7 days at info@teichtoys.com with your order number and the nature of the problem.
• Returned items without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days of the date of receipt. Returns received more than 7 days after the original order receipt date will not be accepted and no refunds will be given.
• Returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
• No exchanges or refunds will be given on sale items.
• We cannot refund or accept returns on apothecary, skin care, food, original artwork or electronics.
• Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. We are unable to process refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.
• Shipping is non-refundable. We are only responsible for the cost of shipping on returns and exchanges for incorrect shipment. Once you get an approval for a return, you can send it back to:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. At this time, we do not ship internationally.      
The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address. Please Note: Shipping time does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with order and tracking information. Teich Toys & Books does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Please check carefully that the shipping address you enter is correct. If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided, customers are responsible for charges to re-ship. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

STORE PICK-UP
If you would like to make arrangements to pick up your online order at our 573 Hudson Street, NY, NY 10014 location, choose FREE LOCAL PICKUP as your delivery method. This will omit the shipping cost, and we will have the order waiting for you. Bring a copy of your order and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.

To access, update, or change your personal information, log into your Teich account and modify your information. We employ industry-accepted standards in protecting your personal information during its transmission on teichdesign.com.
